Welcome to Central Ohio Nude Yoga (Cohnuga)
Join us for an inclusive, supportive, and invigorating yoga experience. Cohnuga offers three weekly, men-only nude yoga classes along with a coed gentle nude yoga session at our studio in Grandview Heights, Columbus, Ohio.
Registration is required for all classes. You can view our schedule and sign up under Classes – Group Classes. The exact location will be emailed to registered participants.
We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Our men-only classes are open to all who identify as male, while our coed sessions embrace all genders.
New to yoga or social nudity? No worries! Beginners are welcome—flexibility isn’t required, though regular practice may help you gain it over time. For further insights, explore our F.A.Q. and Why Nude Yoga? sections.
Meet Your Instructor
Most of our classes are led by Michael, a certified Power Yoga instructor with over 12 years and more than 4,000 hours of teaching experience. Learn more about him under Instructor. Prestin teaches a weekly class as well and fills in for Michael on occasion.

For those who prefer private sessions, whether to deepen their practice or accommodate scheduling needs, we offer one-on-one guidance.

Michael is back in town and will resume offering the Thursday class in addition to the Tuesday and Friday classes. Also, Prestin has decided to take some time off, therefore Michael will cover the Wednesday classes as well.
What is the difference between the classes? Tuesday and Thursday are the more vigorous vinyasa (flow) classes. Friday is a gentle slow flow and Wednesday is somewhere in the middle.
Minimum attendance for all classes is 3-4 participants and classes may have to be cancelled if that number is not reached by 5 pm on the day of the class. Maximum class size is 12, so sign up early to reserve your spot.

Celebrating 10 Years of Nuga – Nude Yoga in Columbus!
It all began on June 16, 2015, when the first men's yoga class took place in a member's basement in Westerville. Over the next three years, we moved between several locations until finally, in 2018, we found our home in Grandview Heights.
Today, with four weekly classes, we continue to grow, thrive, and build a welcoming community.

Okay, this is a few years old now but it gives you nice little intro to the group and our practice: Spectrum News 1 came to film a story about our nude yoga classes. It aired on 4/22/2019 and is posted on their website.
Lindsay Oliver, the reporter, did a great job putting it together. This being public TV, of course a lot of blurring had to be done...
